Our roadmap to success is divided into several phases. The project will always start with a kick-off meeting where it is agreed how the project will be set up. The intention is to get informed and to plan the first activities. During this kick-off, we will also make agreements about project management and the exchange of project documentation.
Good communication is key for a long-term cooperation. That is why we like to coordinate the steps to be taken in the project in close consultation. This way you know exactly in which phase we are and what we are working.
