To provide customers with a faster, more efficient and user-friendly online experience, Edmac launched a completely redesigned web shop in partnership with PHPro. The challenge was to develop an advanced e-commerce platform that could effortlessly support a catalog of approximately 140,000 products while ensuring intuitive navigation, improved search functionality and seamless ordering processes. This new webshop is at the core of Edmac's digital transformation, focusing on innovation and customer focus to strengthen their position as a leading supplier of high-quality spare parts in Europe.
Thanks to the pragmatic and solution-oriented collaboration with PHPro, we have created a webshop that not only meets our current requirements, but is also ready for tomorrow's challenges!

The new web shop is equipped with a range of advanced features that provide customers with an intuitive and efficient experience. Users can easily find products by filtering by brand, product range and model, supported by a custom-built Product Finder. Thanks to Elasticsearch with cross-reference functionality, alternative and similar products are quickly found. Navision acts as the master of all data, including products, customers, prices and orders, with seamless synchronization via the Tinx-IT (Navision to Magento) connector. The webshop also offers flexible discount rules on multiple levels, such as specific combinations of products and customers, enabled by the Tinx-IT B2B Pricing Module. Customers can compare original products with high-quality Edmac alternatives, and registration is possible at both corporate and employee levels for optimized account management.
