Together with PHPro, MultiPharma has reviewed and investigated all the needs of their clientele. Personal contact is still very important, especially for building a valuable customer relationship, but also for informing clients regarding products/ medicines. The result is an online platform that is fully focused on the customer experience, offering a mix of different products and delivery options.

Through the digital platform, it is possible to purchase products without prescription and collect them at a local MultiPharma pharmacist or deliver the products via home delivery. For prescription products, The customer can reserve prescription products through the webshop and collect them at the pharmacy.

The MultiPharma webshop was developed, based on the Magento technology. An important and complex element of the project was the integration with MultiPharma’s systems, payment and logistics providers.
