IT / Web Project Manager

A project manager at PHPro does much more than just planning, budgeting, and monitoring deadlines. As a project manager, you are a versatile professional who acts as a team player, a coach, and an inspiring leader. You motivate your team members to deliver their best performance and work closely together to achieve common goals. 

 

Additionally, you are responsible for identifying potential risks and devising effective strategies to address them. You have an eye for detail and always keep the bigger picture in mind, ensuring that projects are completed successfully and on schedule. In short, you are the driving force behind the project, also known as 'the PM.'

You are a team player

You manage several projects from < to />. This means that you're involved from the pre-sale stage, to delivery and after-care of your projects. We believe that great websites and web applications only happen when clients, project managers, developers and designers work closely together. In other words, you have to understand how to invest in and maintain (customer) relationships.

 

You will manage the planning of your various projects through the efficient allocation of our techies and designers. You guide each team through the phases of the project, even if it means you have to "dilute" their coffee with some illegal substances. You therefore ensure that everything is delivered within the agreed timeframe and budget.

 

You do not go for second place, you take that trophy home. And you let your team share the honor.

You are the glue between the PHPro team and the customer. You translate their needs into clear instructions for the team. You make sure they are all moving in the same direction internally and externally.

 

Maintaining customer relations is your main priority: you proactively put risks on the radar, make sure every stakeholder is correctly informed, send financial updates and help strategically determine the roadmap. Thanks to your expectation management and honest approach, the customer is completely convinced of the work delivered!
